1. Bleaching

Thiourea dioxide has a very good bleaching effect on natural fibers such as wool, silk and cotton, especially in a weak alkaline environment. It does not damage the fiber during bleaching, and the treatment of bleach waste liquid is relatively easy.

     2. Dyeing

Previously, 1/10 of bisulfite was used for the dyeing of dispersed and sulfurized fuels. However, due to the high reduction potential of thiourea dioxide, it should be noted that the color tone will change due to the type of fuel or the concentration of thiourea dioxide.

    3. Restore and wash

Because thiourea dioxide has a strong reducibility, it is very effective for the reduction and washing of disperse dyed woven fabrics, and because of the high stability in the alkaline reduction bath, 1/4 of the amount of bisulfite used previously It can be completed and is a very economical product.

    4. Discharge printing

Due to the high reduction potential and strong stability of thiourea dioxide, all materials can be used for discharge printing.

   5. Shrinkproof processing

When thiourea dioxide and polyamide are used to shrink-proof wool, thiourea dioxide can promote fiber absorption of chemical agents.

   6. Decolorization

Because the reducing power of thiourea dioxide is stronger than other chemical preparations, it has a strong ability to decolorize dyes, and can be used for decolorization such as re-dyeing and cylinder washing.
