1. Reduction cleaning

Thiourea dioxide 5 g/L water, sodium hydroxide 10 g/L water, surfactant 10 g/L water, temperature 85℃, time 30 minutes

2 Stripping agent for bad dyed surface (denim, cotton fiber cloth, synthetic fiber cloth)

Thiourea dioxide 2~~5g/L water, temperature 110℃, time 30 minutes

3 clear cylinder

Thiourea dioxide 5 g/l water, sodium hydroxide 10 g/l water, surfactant 5 g/l water, temperature 110°C, time 30 minutes.

4 Application in paper making

Thiourea dioxide powder is made into a 2% aqueous solution and added to the pulp for bleaching under alkaline conditions. The dosage depends on the nature of the pulp. Generally, the dosage per ton of pulp is 0.3%~0.6%.

The process conditions are generally:

FAS dosage: 0.5%

Sodium hydroxide dosage: NaOH:FAS=1:2

PH value 8.8-9.0

Bleaching time and temperature: The effective bleaching time is at least 30 minutes at 80°C. When the bleaching temperature is low, it can generally be compensated by extending the bleaching time.
